Another brand spankin' new reseller - likediy

This seller has made 70 sales since July 25th! This seller is not only a wholesale reseller but an idiotic price inflater as well. All of the items [below] are $2 and UNDER and he/she raises the prices BIG time!! Greedy and dishonest..blech! Their whole shop is full of this crap, but I'm only going to show examples of a few of them or I will be here forever posting them. 
On another note...With all the resources and $$ available to Etsy, how come they can't set certain terms/keywords/tags [etc] to get flagged right away; when shops list items that are not allowed on there? Or at least hire a few people to review every new shop that 'opens' up. Idiots.
