I have reported this shop twice now in a month and nadda is being done. Damn Admin! they're too busy policing the forums to give a hoot about douchebags breaking rules. But then again, policing the forums isn't making them lose $$ but removing shops is!!
Their shop is listed under handmade category, under bags and purses.
This listing not only violates copyright infringement on the name “rive gauche” which was a designer in the fashion industry decades ago, but these straw and plastic totes are mass produced, probably overseas.
